AP Approval dates

Can you guys update this thread as and when you get your approval notices in hand? It will be interesting to see how long they take. I hope it comes soon and doesn't get lost in the mail.
 
I'm no more updating the AP tracking table and gave up on my AP too :mad: .

Now I dont care when I get my AP as I quit all my travel plans and decided to plan my trips only when I've AP in hand. Sorry for quitting the AP tracking update, if somebody is interested to update the tracking table, please go ahead and do that, the force be with you :).

I guess BCIS has started processing AP and EAD, both approved within a week.

AP RD: 9-15-2003
AP AD: 01-27-2004
EAD AD: 01-20-2004

I hope rest of you gets approved soon.
 
Just wanted to update everyone, my lawyer has just received my AP documents in the mail. So guess this quest finally comes to a close. Offcourse the bigger quest to get the actual green card is still alive and kicking. :)

Oh, and I received my EAD in the mail yesterday as well!

All,

I will appreciate if you guys can also put your RD
and Category filed (EB2/EB3) along with approval info. It will help everybody to guess when we can get our approvals.

Category doesn't matter. Everyone is under the employment based category.

And as far as RD's are concerned, everyone is putting them in, if you think they are missing, just check the big status list in one of the previous pages, and you will have a detailed analysis of the AP tracking.

WAC032615****, approved on Jan 27th online, this is the third one, my last one has been expired a few weeks back.

totally waste money - even though I don't have to pay for it.
 
AP Approved on 01/29/2004

Hi there,

Just wanted to post here for other people who have been waiting.

My AP ND was 06/20/2003 and I didn't have any news till yesterday. I put a request through 800 number exactly 3 weeks ago (when the JIT date changed to 08/11/03). I also send a "first level" fax inquiry directly to CSC this Monday. It worked, and the online message changed today to "...approved and mailed on 01/29/04...". Now I just need to pray for it not to "get lost in mail".

I am sure it was lost in somebody's files at CSC. I have seen other people in similar situations (like mazur_desi and others), and just wanted to tell you that the inquiry somehow works.
There is hope.

received AP in mail

I131 wac032125xxxx RD 07/15, approved Jan 21st, mailed Jan 23rd, lawyer received it, received fedex today. whew what a relief!!! I had non refundable tickets booked to Rio, end of Feb.......
 
I-131 (WAC 03 211 -?) for me and my wife approved Jan 20th, 2004. Lawyer received the I-131 approval on 29th, 2004.


Also on a side note, my and my wife's EAD has been approved on Jan 20th, 2004 (WAC 04 013 -?) Received the EAD cards in mail on Jan 30th, 2004.

Wish it were my AoS approval :)
 
My 1st AP was approved recently from CSC. The online status was posted as "This case has been approved. On XXX date an approval notice has been mailed". After 3 business days the online status changed to "On January 29, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

What is the difference between the 2 approval notices?

Online message: Approval date 30th Jan, 2004.

Any ideas, how long before I get it. Will I get it or my attorney get it coz he was the one who had sent in the paperwork.
