Is any one unlucky like me or I am the only one in NSC with 2002 PD
seeing lot of approvals
EB3 NSC INDIA
PD: july 2002
I485: RD: dec 1st 2004
waiting????? for my magic email till today no....
Dont know Whenter I am stuck up in namecheck or security check
Took infopass in portland,or on july 5th
Also Recieved 2FP for 27th june 2007

Is ther any chance for my approval before another retrogression ?????

Call INS and talk to IO (go to old post and you will find how to get to IO) and find out that you are presorted case (in staging area). If you are in, you are OK. If not, you will have tough time get approval. (based on your 485 date of Dec 2004 would be last in queue as they will take care of 02/03 first and no one knows how many are there before you..but good thing is your PD is 2002!!) Good Luck.
 
I am also in the same situation. Can someone tell me how to do a service request. I talked to an IO yesterday.. They said everything looks fine but when I asked when it will be processed she said she didnt know.
 
No proper order

I don't see any order in the approvals. Initially I thought Labor PD and later I thought I485 RD/ND. But none of my observations are working out. I have seen June 2003 with I485 in 2004 .... and 10/02 labor PD and 12/04 I485 PD got approved.. these are just examples. I really could not get a bit of the approvals order. Those who got...yes..they are lucky and congrats to them.

Mine... 9/02 (labor PD) and 8/04 (485 PD).. LUD 8/19/06...
Don't know what happened to my case. All that I see is "REVIEW OF THE FINGER PRINT RESULTS COMPLETED". That is all. Nothing more than that.

Hope this makes you feel better... You are not alone. I have couple of my friends with LUD 8/19/06.

i thought they might me precossing my case
had several LUD in april 2007
 
Me too pending PD 2002 october

My case is also pending my PD is october 2002 RD is APR 2004
I called NSC and they told me that my security check is pending

people say that it can take any number of months to get the name check cleared
 
does rising service request help in name check clearance in any way?
Or is there any ways we can deal to get the NC cleared?

Details in my signature. I have done everything I could, contacted the congressman, had SR created (response is wait until 90-120 days). Just counting on days:eek:

When I called BCIS on June 4,2007 I was told that my Name check, Background check was cleared and my case was waiting to be assigned to IO. Does that mean that my file is in the staging area?

NSC CS is not giving any information by calling. I opened service request. I do not know how long it takes to get answer. Now Faxing letters to senators and congressmen. Let me see if it helps. Filed AC 21 during Dec 06.
