I noticed from the screen shot I received, that my PD is March 02, 2005 but I clearly remember my file has been mailed to SWA on March 23rd.

Good for me, but just curious.

Data Entry Completion - June

Where is PBEC with the goal of Data entry completion by June 2006.

Does Data entry completion mean that they have sent out 45 day letters to every pending applicant till march 2005?

Appericate any update on this.

My husband has MD+3 years experience. Can he apply for EB2?

It doesnt matter as much what his qualifications is. Its the job description which matters. If the employer states in the ad that he needs a Master degree candidate/ B.S + 5 years PROGRESSIVE experience to perform the job, then your husband qualifies for EB-2.

Its the UCIS which makes the determination of EB-2 or 3 during the I-140 stage and not the Labor dept.

Got 45 day letter

Good news. My employer just informed me of receiving the 45 day letter from DOL.

What is the next step for employer? Could someone please throw some light or give me some pointers.

Thanks.
