Any September I-140 case not be approved?

140 ND - 9/18/2003 EB3 still waiting...

Greets folks,

Still waiting for my I-140 ND 9/18/2003 EB3 (labor substitute) VSC semi-concurrent application. So far received FP notice on 9/28/2004 and I-485 case status reflects 'FP received'. No LUDs, RFEs on my I-140 so far...

Any one in similar situation ? :confused:
