Any recent LUD on xferred cases ?

DO you think is it now time to go for letter to first lady as alreday 60 days have passed since I filed my 485 and as per the info available on FBI website more than 99% name checks they claim to get completed in 60days and only 1% get stuck becuase of some record being found but that too does not mean that they would be denied GC.

YOU have to call TSC and ask about that. You may not win in one attempt. Since last year I have been calling VSC about my NC. I was not told. Last month I called twice NSC (since my files were pending at NSC) and the agent said my NC is done. It happened twice. Kind of confirmation I got (it is only a verbal from the service center and not from the customer service).

By seeing your case I guess you got stuck with NC (I am not sure though). Otherwise there is nothing hindering your case and you are good to go. I wish your approval come soon.

Mogambo!!

There is no harm in sending letter since your original 485 (filed with EB-2 NIW) was filed in June 2005. It is more than one and half years. Read the following thread too

FBI sent the FOIPA letter back for me in about 10 days, and about a month for my wife.

I have a question. Were you fingerprinted a second time before your I-485 approval? If so, when was it? Our cases are similar (see my signature file) - so I was curious.
 
FP Notice tranfer case

Guys,
today i got 2nd Finger printing Notice, after my case transfer to TSC.

did anyone got FP notice after case transfer?

my first FP was done in April 2005

I too got 2nd FP notice today asking us to appear on 5/4/07. First FP was done on 7/22/05 (almost 21 months later). Not sure if this is sign of good news or not. Per my last conversation with TSC customer service rep, am struck on name check since 7/11/05.

Hoping for good.
 
looks like they have touched cases with 2005 receipt dates and March 2007 transfer dates.

Is it a coincidence or what? Everyone getting their FP2 scheduled for May 4, 2007:)

I was still waiting for FP2 notice.

Hi akayal1973,
The validity of fingerprint is for only 15 months,so I am sure if you have to get GC they willask for FP . Hope you get it soon.
 
VSC->TSC: got FP2 notice 5/3/07 (FP1 done Mar 05)

My case was xferred from VSC to TSC just like most of you folks in mid March 2007.

Just today I recvd FP2 notice on May 3 2007.
