Any recent LUD on xferred cases ?

Hi All,

LUDs After I-485 Case Transfered from VSC to TSC

3/16 (No Message Change)
3/23 (Message changed to Pending with TSC)
3/24 (No Message Change)
3/27 (No Message Change) only for me and wife, no LUD on Child 485

I ve been transferred to TSC on March 15th.
LUD's 3/15 - case transferred to TSC, 3/23 - case pending at TSC, 3/27 - no message.

I too saw the same pattern of updates as your case pending now with TSC. what does the LUD with only me and wife cases and not the kids? I requested a relink of 485 to 140 (EB1), are they working on it or is it a general update?

Or are those fckrs re-processing of 485 from scratch and hence we are having all these LUDS and nothing else?
I just hope it is not going to be another circus of "stcuk in security check".

Looks like it was just transfer for few more years. Speed up processing means nothing except wait for more years. I made several calls to VSC in previous years, Used congressional help, raise query etc. in result, transferred cases to TSC. It seems to me this is only to avoid calls and inquiries, VSC decided to transfer my case.

Even I lost the hopes on this transfer. There is no LUD after the transfer........

Ditto...no LUDs since the 16th for me either. The message still reads 'transferred to another office for processing'.
I still don't understand what the distinction is between us with no LUDs and folks with multiple LUDs and the status changing to "pending".
Does that imply that the cases with multiple LUDs can be immediately adjudicated? Are they out of name check? Or is it the converse? Unfortunately, I don't know if there's any way to determine this, rather than pure speculation.
 
since the updates are only for the adults, is there anything to do with fingerprinting and they are processing our cases? to be positive?
any idea?
 
Don't think there is much meaning to these LUDs...

I got multiple LUD's but my recent enquiry resulted in "Your case is still pending for background check"...It is just a different name for "name check"...

Now that VSC has washed its hands off these cases, TSC will take 6 months to "organize" the files and generally appear to be processing them without really doing anything.

Take it easy, friends. I don't have LUD after 3/16 either. I believe it is related to the receipt date of the case. Cases with 2006 RDs are still in the pipeline.
