Any recent LUD on xferred cases ?

Sorry my mistake. Congrats xil96. When did you get the FP notice? 2nd fingerprint is really a good news. Hope we all follow suit.

assur, this is not necessarilly "out of tunnel". I had my second FP in Oct.2006 so then you gave me your blessing :) , but I later found out that I am still, until now, in the namecheck. So I guess sometimes they issue FP2 just out of whack.

Seems I cannot put my hope too high. Anyway I filed WOM in Jan, even I got MOD from AUSA, I still want to fight to the end.

All of really hope you see the end of the tunnel. Just keep your fingers crossed. It was unfortunate for Kartoshkin to be waiting even after FP2.
Can you please post your case details,
1) when you got the FP2? did you get mail? did you LUD change?
2) when did you did file WOM? Is your FP in any way related to WOM?
3) what is MOD and AUSA?

I got 2nd FP on March 29th, I had serials of LUD change after case transfer to TSC, not sure wjich one is related to FP.

WOM was filed in late Dec, but the judge and AUSA were assigned in Jan. MTD is motion to dismiss, AUSA is assistant US attorney. He filed motion to dismiss my case, now we are waiting for Judge to rule.

Thanks a lot for the information. From your message I understand that you had LUD without any message change. You just got snail mail. Is that true?
 
Another Decade of waiting ahead guys................

Guys ,

I talked to TSC guys, they said that they need atleast 12 weeks to transfer the information from VSC into TSC.


But when i entered my EAC # it took me to TSC.


Rep also took my A# and told that my name/background check is clear and waiting for the processing.........

There is no LUD after the transfer.
Looks like another decade of waiting ahead...........

Successfully completed 5 years one week of waiting in this whole LC/GC queues..............

Congratulations on the name check being cleared! Thats outstanding. There is theoretically nothing "holding" up your approval, leaving aside whatever they need to do for the case transfers.
Twelve weeks!? What the heck? Are they transferring cases from VT to TX on horse-buggy like in the old wild west? This after their memos alluded to the fact that the bi-specialization transfers are supposedly done for processing cases faster...of course the fine print was perhaps the time they expend in getting cases from point A to point B.

Which raises another interesting question as relates to folks who have been getting regular LUDs and folks like us who got one LUD the day after the transfer and nothing since then. Is your case an anamoly or do do we assume that those of us without LUDs have been put into another bucket because the name check's have been cleared and we're just awaiting the 12 week transition period to be complete?
I would have thought that it would have been the other way around...that folks with multiple LUDs would have been considered ready for processing. Either that or for folks with multiple LUDs, I believe that their 12-week transitioning may have already been complete.
 
No logic in USCIS processing...

You are looking for logic when none exists. I don't think the LUDs have any meaning. My name check is still pending, but got many LUDs and 12 weeks haven't passed since the transfer took place only on 03/15.

The only conclusion I have is that the case is still there and it has not been lost...

Logic in USCIS processing...what was I thinking? I should really have known better.

Kaboom...thats the sound of my theory being blown out of the water.

Say, when you folks called the TSC, did you directly ask about the name check? The POJ is the luck of the draw as regards to whether you'll end up talking to an officer who'd be receptive to the name check queries. I called VSC using POJ just once over the past year, and was lucky enough to talk to a very helpful person.

I also talked to TSC rep only to find out that security checks are pending. She also told me that my case is still in transit from VSC to TSC as you can see I had only one LUD after case was transferred.
