Any Oct-Nov-dec 2001 filers still left

We got a letter from senator office. It said: name check remains pending. Nothing we can do but wait for response from our perspective…. :confused:

....they said "Name Check" is pending....I think this is STANDARD answer for everyone...

My spouse's name check has not been finished yet. a long way to go.. :eek:
 
Bacha Khan,

the congressional person told me that and I got an email this time.
She had gotten this info not from USCIS but from FBI.

I called my lawyer and guess what he told dont get to excited just wait.

I have seen at least 2 "2001" folks with "check" completed and cases still pending.
 
I am still there....
Contacted VSC several times. They sent standard reply that FP needs to be rescheduled that may take several months. Contacted Senator and congressman - both give the same above VSC answer.
Thinking of contacting INFOPASS.....any suggestions...please post.

We got a similar letter from MD Senator’s office. Do you know when USCIS sent the request of name check to FBI? My spouse’s is 01/15/03.

LUD 5-04 2 nd fp noctice updated.

GC_2000 has check been completed?
 
I have the same answer from the MD Senator. Now I put a writen request from FBI that I can submit it to Senators' office. Meanwhile I also made an appoitment with Baltimore with new system to see an officer.
