I been searching all this morning, can't find a website where they dictating writing test and you can write it down.

anyone know anything similar like that?

A good thing is that writing test is done after reading test and not always but usually the reading test is a question and wrting test is teh answer to that question as reading test. For example. if the
IO want to test you by askinging to write "the president lives in teh white house", he will precede that
by first asking you to read teh question sentence "who lives in teh white house".
 
If you typed your question then you shouldn't even worry about that part, it's only a simple sentence that a kid could do :)
