ajusting status help

i am sending in ajustment of status but when i send in paperwork then my 194 will run out in about 2 weeks.i came here on a k3 visa.my i130 was approved but iam told i might have to go back to canada to geti130 .if i file ajustment of status does it matter if i94 runs out. help :confused:

----------- your paperwork MUST reach USCIS BEFORE your I-94 expires, I am no expert with I-130 and can ignore my post and wait for others reply or post your question in Family related cases

If it's an adjustment based on marriage to a US citizen (which I suspect based on the K-3 visa) there's no requirement that the I-485 paperwork reach USCIS at any time before the I-94 expires.

And a pending I-485 will keep you legal after your I-94 expires, but do NOT leave the US until you have an approved Advance Parole in hand.

:confused: thankyou now it i file my 485 will it help to go to the uscis office as i drive truck.your drivers licence expires on the k3 date can they issue paper work to give to dmv so i can get the drivers licence date extened

When you file AOS..the I-94 becomes void.
Drivers license is a different Ball game. Try getting one at a different state using the existing one. Some times you get lucky.
Some states permit you to drive on an International Permit for 6 months at a time or till 30 days of picking up a job. ( Canada- 2 yrs)
If nothing else works apply for hardship license.
