My mother is planning on applying B visa from Pakistan to visit me here in US for about a month to see me and my kids.

I amd married and I am a house wife, my husband works.

the documents we are seding from here is
* A cover letter from myself requesting to issue her a visit visa
* my husband's recent pay stubs
* our recent bank statements
*copy of marriage certificate

I also want to send Affidavit of support (I-134). Question is; can I do Affidavit of support? if I am a dependent on my husband. We do have sufficient amount in bank.

Does this I-134 helps?

Thanks in advance

No. B-2 is a self-sponsored visa. An I-134 may give you the warm and fuzzies but it does nothing for the consul interviwing the B-2 applicant.

It might make her chances of getting a "tourist" visa even lower. It undermines her ties to the home country and shows that she has insufficient funds. It is even worse if you are a USC or in that process because they will already presume she is an intending immigrant under 214(b) and that would cement the presumption that she would overstay and try to adjust status.
