Advise needed -- Out of country and filing

No I will only be eligible in November 2009 as I am on 5 year plan. I became PR on Feb 28, 2004 so 5 years onward minus 90 is Nov 28, 2009.

I do have 2 years reentry permit valid until May 2010 which I have used once and will use once again before its expiration.

My only concern is filling outside the USA. I will be using my overseas address as my home address on the form and will be using my USA home address as mailing address (My friend is living there and she will let me know about the notice form USCIS.

Is it just me or am I really that ...? You became PR on Feb 28, 2004. So 5 years onward minus 90 days is Nov 28, 2008 and not 2009. You should have become a USC by now.

You are right... he could've been a citizen by now! I became a PR on Feb 23 2004 and now I am a citizen.
 
Sorry, my bad its 2005 not 2004.

Thank you for correcting me. So, anyone filled outside the USA. Any advise, suggestions, comments ???

Please share your experince filling citizneship application outside the USA

Please share your experience if you have filled N-400 outside the USA on the following bases:

1. Approved N-470
2. Approved re-entry permit
3. Fulfilled physical presence of 30 months
4. Not sure about 3 months USCIS district/state residence. I became PR on Feb 28, 2005 and then relocated to my US employer's Dubai branch in October 2007 (I was living in the same state since 1996). I have altogether 32 months of physical presence in the USCIS district after become PR and before moving outside the country.
5. Own home, utilities are in my name, and have GA driving license.
