I found this information very useful and i would like if you can enlighten me more on the above issue . I wil be travelling out usa for 5 months to comeback and file form N400 or have my spouse file ...Will i still have to list this particlar trip on form N400?

I have applied for the N400 and had 3 trips back to back at the end which are just shy of 6 months.

Just wondering how much does it take to appeal if the case is rejected and what is the formal process, my DO is Chicago, IL.
