Unfortunatelly the stats are useless now.
I am sure this is the latest trick from CSC so nobody can now really how they are doing ...

My lawyer received RFE on my I140 today but no update on USCIS website.
Looks they have really stopped updating.

Hi GC-EB1 CSC

What is the date on your RFE.They might have generated a RFE in March ( LUD Dates)while quick screening the application and mailed it now.
 
Help regarding 140 RFE

INS has asked for certified TAx returns for the couple of years from my employer. My employer that he has asked IRS for certified tax copies and it will some time for that. I read somewhere that it will take upto 60 days. Is there any other alternative. Does it really take a lot of time?
 
Today I got emails saying that reply for my rfes is recieved by them on 06/07 and lud also changed.

Finally.. I got the devine email from USCIS saying my I-140 is approved. I can't explain how relieved Iam now. Wish you good luck for rest of the guys who are stll waiting.

Hi Sameer89,
My understanding is that we are from the same part of the world. Our name check may take longer than normal because of our country of origin. My friend's wife is an immigration lawyer and in an immigration conference, an immigration officer has indicated that it might take longer for people from ceratain countries to get approved by FBI and so on. I guess we just have to wait...It is so sad to see them singling out educated people who are working hard and paying taxes like everyone else. This is all I know for now. I received the emails from USCIS stating that my I140 and I485 were approved.

I140 :
RD : 11/16/04

Any idea what is the next step in the process ?

Yes, I am also in the same boat. No RFE/Approvals yet !!!

I wrote an email to "CSC-XII.140@dhs.gov" on 22nd June to inquire about the Status of my case, their reply is as follows:

"The I-140 will be forwarded to an officer for review and possible final
decision. You should receive something in the mail within 30 days."
