hi Everyone
thank you for any feedback.
(sorry, if I post the question in the wrong form )
I just received my conditional GC.
My sister currently is studying in Canada, she is looking for jobs around US.
Long story short, she asked me to help her to file GC application.
1. I am not sure if I am even eligible to file for her.
2. Will she be able to work during the application in process in US? Will she be able to travel outside of the country? (I hear she has to wait 11 years so that is very important )
3. If I can't file for her right now, will I be able to when I received my citizenship? Will she wait less?
4. Will it be better if she moves back to our home country first and wait for the application to process?
5. Does she need to have H visa? or Once we file the applications she won't need any visa?
6. Her job is paid by case, and usually only have one year contract---that is why she doesn't think she will get H visa (because we hear usually needs at least 3 years contract to received H visa) Is there anything we can do to help her get H visa?
7. Because her case will have a long wait and she is young. Will that be a problem if she get married during the application is in process?
very confused...because I am not a law friendly person and I didn't expect this coming at all. So...any help will be appreciated.
