6 years and still waiting - security checks not completed

I agree with you it maybe denied but we are not absouletely sure that it will get denied because of that. I have read in this forum about people who did back to back travel and their application got approved. The thing here is he has been waiting for 6 years and tried everything else, so this is the last resort and I do not think he has a choice other than to wait but at the end no matter what the outcomes are he at least would be comfortable knowing that he fought for his right all the way to the end.

Unfortunately in OP's case it might just end up in a denial due to lack of continuous residency during process.

At this point, there is nothing to lose. If denied, then let it be denied
but at least he gets a closure. After denial, he can re-accumulate his 5
years and re-appply if he still cares.

May USCIS will feel guilty about letting someone waiot for 6 years and approve it. So there is nothing to lose at this moment.

Very constructive and informative guys, thank you, i wish i contacted you earlier; it seems that it is very late now, i screwed up. To recap some of you guys believe that i should file WOM, the others are thinking that it is going to be a waste of money. Will it be worth the trial? I don't know but I’m going for it, at least i won`t cross my hand and stay still, depressed about the whole situation. I called Rajiv`s office but it seems that they are no longer doing it or that they cannot do it here in NC. So if any of you knows somebody that would fight for a case like mine, please advice (anis.g@excite.com), hope it is not inappropriate asking for it in this forum.
Thank you again guys.

I too think that filing a WOM lawsuit is the only realistic way to get your case moving again. You should post in the lawsuit thread of this subforum
http://forums.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=194681
where you are more likely to get specific advice regarding choosing a lawyer, the logistics of filing a lawsuit, etc.
