Somehow my 485 case was transferred from VSC to TSC.
Does it mean any new AP or EAD applications need to be sent to TSC?

Is your 485 also transferred from VSC to TSC? is there such a trend?

------------------YES, VSC is going to transfer all pending I-485 to TSC
I'm more confused now. where should the EAD and AP applications sent? TSC or VSC?Who told you that?? The fact that they transferred pending I-485s to TSC does not mean that future EAD/AP need to be send to TSC as well. I would send to TSC only if it says so on the form. If USCIS think that it needs to go to TSC from now on, I am sure they will update the address/procedures on the forms.

This is my understanding from many threads regarding this issue in this forum and also my understanding from the instructions of form I-765
"If your response to question 16 is (c)(9), file your application at the same local USCIS office or Service Center where you submitted your adjustment of status application"
If you have another opinion just follow it, me and many others posting here are not professional.
The fact that USCIS (again - IMHO) transferred back-logged cases to TSC because of some kind of internal re-organziation where they now do X in VSC and Y in TSC does not mean that we need to start filing elswhere.
Thanks TRCThey're not going to replace the instructions on the form. Always file your EAD/AP with the same service center or local office that your I-485 is at, not where it was filed.
