Can you please share your expe. or comment about how long it will take to get the decision after respond to NOID?

My NOID was
Persuant to 8CFR 245.1(b)(9) and (10), provide evidence of your immigration status for the following periods : Feb xx, 2000 to Aug xx, 2001.

I have been waiting for almost 90 days after RFE acknowledged. Please share your experience. Thanks,

RFE ack by TSC regarding SR on August 11, 2004 from Officer 374
AD: its 88th day and still waiting

Send fax, letter to senator office 3 weeks ago 2 inquiries

AP: file on December 3, 2003 transferred to local office on June 18th 2004, transferred back to TSC on Sep 7th, 2004 and finally they issued exactly same RFE what they issued for I-485 about SR. TSC received RFE on October 19th, 2004 and still not approved

Got the email that they issue RFE on my 485 case.(including family)

1. What this RFE is about?
2. Does this mean my I140 is cleared, I don't have the Receipt number, company does't provide.

On November 18, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

99% sure that ur I140 was clear. Same thing happened on me
 
How long time it will take for Med RFE

I just responsed Med RFE last Fri. I saw this thread that most RFE for Employer Letter get clear in 2-3 weeks. Can sb knidly tell how long it will take to get 485 clear after response med rfe?

No particular time frame

My RFE for medical took 5 Months
ND 02/22/02
RFE ACK: 06/10/2004(Medical)
AD 11/19/2004

for some members it took less than a month.

I am in the same boat. Waiting for TSC to respond after Ack my medical RFE reply. Whats ur officer #? Mine is 256...
 
Hi Gurus,

Checked the online status for me and my wife and it says the following

"On November 23, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

Does it look like a RFE ? Also since my wife's status also shows the same thing what could it be ? Could it be Birth certificate or something like that. Also how long does it take to receive the same ?

my 485 has been approved. RFE was ack on 12th Nov and 485 was approved on 24th Nov. All the best to you.

You are right, I talked to the lawyer and it doesn't look like this is a RFE. This message is confusing, I thought this is a RFE. Lawyer had make enquiry 2-3 months back for online message. It keep on saying that FP fees didn't recieve. As per lawyer this messsage is changed because of this enquiry.
 
My I-140 was cleared on Nov 22. Without knowing about the I-140 approval, on the same day, I asked my attorney's office to enquire about my I-140/I-485 ( concurrent ).

On Nov 23, I receieved emails for I-140 approval, I-485 RFE. No change in LUD for my spouse's I-485.

I am curious to know if the RFE is indeed an RFE or just update of my attorney's enquiry.

Also, what is Employment Verification Letter about ? Is it from the company sponsering the Green Card ?

485 RFE for G-325A Biographic information

I found that I have rcvd a RFE for G-325A form. Anybody have an idea how long it takes to approve once this RFE has been answered ?

485 RFE - Birth Certificate

I have recevied an RFE with 4 requirements one of them being birth certificate and other 3 are EVL,2 months earnings statements (i guess Pay stub) and 2 years Tax returns.

Please suggest what should i do on BC. Here is the actual verbage from RFE:

The birth certificate you initially provided did not list the name of the child born on January 18,1973 and as such is insufficient proof of your birth for immigration purposes. You must submit secondary evidence of your birth such as early medical records, early school records, early religious records and/or two affidavits. If affidavits.......

I orginally submitted a BC with my name hand written by the issuing officer. I dont know why that is not sufficient to USCIS. Do I need to submit all of the other alternate evidnece or just one or two is enough? Can my parents be the 2 affidavits. Please share your thoughts. Thanks
