485 RFE Tracker - Post # 2.

How long it takes to receive the RFE from the date it is issued?

A RFE has been isssued on my 485 on July 15th. I got an email alert and online status was updated to show that a RFE was issued.
However, its more than 1 and 1/2 week now and my attorney's office is yet to receive the RFE (the mail detailing what they need).
Usually how long it takes to receive the RFE from the date it issued (based on the online status)? I am worried and want to find what the RFE is about and respond quickly.

I saw a lot of posting with RFE issue dates and RFE ACK dates, but nothing on how long it takes to get the actual RFE from the date it says it is mailed/isssued. It has been almost 2 weeks now.

EVL RFE, how similar should be the job description?

If you have changed labor since you applied for 485, in general, how close the new job description (in the new EVL) need to be to that of your old job or that of the labor?

If the new job description is made very broad and generic e.g. "He designs, develops, test and deploy software applications for our clients. " Add few skill sets from labor to above as: "...he uses OOA/D, OOP (C++, Java) and RDBMS etc". Will that be good enough for a previous developer position in labor ?

I JUST GOT A E-MAIL FROM INS.
FOR THE FIRST TIME, I THOUGHT THAT IT IS APPROVAL MAIL, BUT IT WAS
2nd RFES.
THIS TIME, ME AND MY WIFE BOTH GOT RFE.

DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS YET, BUT I LET YOU KNOW............

I got my stamping done last week and also my card has been mailed looks like local texas center is at it full speed.

RFE issued by Officer # 374

Officer # 374 issued me RFE regarding Special Registration. Its so frustrating, they issued me same RFE for I-765 about 6 months ago. Don't they have some kind of database where they can pull the history of the case? Looks like they do it intentionally. They could have asked me for EVL, Pay stub, w2 etc, but why again the same thing?
Secondly, I applied for my AP back in December 2003, they transferred it to Atlanta local office on June 15th and so far I have not heard any news on that.
Any expericne with Officer 374
 
Waiting on RFE Officer #450.
RFE reply obtained by CIS on 16July, 2004.
RFE was for continued maintenance of status and passport pages and entry/exit stamps.

26 days and counting.
Anybody with #450 waiting?

Spouse is primary. We got approved after interview in Miami.

Here is the history list:

11/01 - 485 applied FL
3/04 - moved out of state, AR-11 filed.
4/04 - RFE
4/04 - Case transfered to FL local office
7/04 - Interview notice
8/2/04 - Interview approved and stamped
8/20/04 - Cards received

Anyone with officer #304 ?

BCIS acknowledged my RFE response on 8/17/04. I don't know how long I need to wait.
