485 RFE Tracker - Post # 2.

Buddy I was just thinking about you and saw your msg. You will live longer I guess. I live in east coast.

My lawyer received my RFE letter and the Officer# 255 strikes again. The Officer wants my latest Employment letter, Pay Stubs and Tax Returns along with W2's.

Does any body else has any idea or experience with this officer regarding the approvals and how long he will take after receiving RFE to adjudicate the petition.

Guys, Any of you who got RFE from #256 are approved lately. He is too slow it seems, where as Officer # 255 is very good and fast, atleast on RFE's

well, well, I have to say i feel different about #255:

Greenluck has been waiting for an approval since Mar 1!!Contractorrfe and I have been waiting since Mar 17 :(((

contrctorrfe has already been approved by #255. I guess, u should be getting yours anytime soon. But, I don't know why our case is stuck..........
 
FYI,

I got my EB3 I-485 with RD=Dec 2001 Approved on April 6th but prior to that (30+days) I have to submitt updated copy of employment letter from sponsor to Officer 255

RFE by #255: 2/19/2004 for Paystubs,IRS returns, Employment letters
AD: 3/24/2004
Stamped: 4/13/2004

I got RFE from office #256 too. INS ACK on 03/05, still waiting...

Is there anything we can do?

My second AP is pending since 07/18/03. Called customer service center twice, but it didn't help.

I want to go home......

Isn't it ridiculos, They are working on 08/21/2001 cases. Yours is May 2001. You might wan't to followp and ask your Lawyer and TSC officers to wake up.

I understand. Everybody are frustaded. I wish these TSC Suckers know better how to organize the files in the stack.
 
After exactly 1 month receiving RFE, officer 255 finally approved my I485.

Greenluck, I'm sure you will get your approval soon. Since you are so close to 60 days after recd RFE, you should work with your lawyer to prepare an inquire.

Finally approved after RFE

Our cases were finally approved yesterday. What a relief after all these years of waiting. Details are in the tracker. RFE was received by TSC on 2/5/04 (#16) and it took them more than two months.

Our 485 has been approved on 21st April, 2004.
Yesterday, I had checked the case status, early in the morning. There was no change in the message. The 'last update date' in my account has changed from 3/4/2004 to 4/22/2004. I've got emails as well, yesterday. I had called the 800 number last week.
