Please let me know what exactly you need to know, i will find out from my employer and will let you know. meanwhile from the top of my mind....

Company has around 30 to 40 employess
establsihed in 1997....
Has been making profits over the years....
My LC stated my sal to be 45k but in the w2 i have submitted along with my 140 it has around 40k i guess.....

What else you guys want to know?

EAD/AP issued : 10/05/03

I140 denied due to educational equivalency on 05/11/04
Motion to Reconsider filed on 05/28/04
FP done 06/19

I140 approved 07/20/04
I485 still waiting

I have recently applied for EAD/AP renewals and yet to receive receipts.

My case details
Centre : NSC
I140/I485 applied concurrently as EB3
RD : 9/30/03
ND : 10/2/03
EAD/AP issued : 11/09/03
FP done 6/22/2004
LUD on 485: 7/7/2004.

Waiting for 140/485 approval.

My guess is you would see your approval notice very soon....i personally beleive my EAD renewal kicked my process so i think you have pretty good chances of getting the 140/485 approval.

You gave FP 6/19 when ur case have no valid staus..Please let me know.

I had an LUD on my I485 on 6/24 stating "on June 24 we recieved your fingerprints and it is under review"

On 7/21 another LUD overwrote it and says "On July 20, 2004, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. "

Hi octFiler,

Congratulation! I know you must be enjoying your time, and you should.

Quick question for you - Did you send both I140 and 485 stuff in a single packet or first you sent the I140 packet and once you got the receipt for I140, then you sent the 485 stuff in a different packet with i140 receipt in it?

What I meant by that, was it 100% concurrent?
