On Monday, I had reported that my 2nd FP notice arrived but not my wife's.

Today my wife too received her 2nd FP notice.

what happens if you are sent an FP notice, but you are out of the country using AP? Is it best to reschedule or can FP be done in consulate office abroad. I notice that there is only about a 2 week notice given. Also, if 2nd FP notice is issued and the first FP is still valid, is it necessary to do 2nd FP or can BCIS be called and the issue dealt with?

2nd FP Received for my wife

Received for 2nd FP Notice today(dated 12/23/03) for 1/19/04 in ND. Since we moved out of CSC area, I was concerned about the FP location, but she got notice for a location about 100 miles from my current address in MN.
I am still waiting for my 2nd FP notice.

The FP notices have ND 12/23/2002 and its been scheduled for Jan 13 (self) and Jan 14 (spouse) at Santa Rosa, CA.

God only knows what they are doing :confused:

I hope, they will approve my case before it expires again :rolleyes:
