RD/ND - March 2002

Is it advisable to do FP before the scheduled date ??

Pros: Our cases might be processed earlier if we do the FP before scheduled date.

Cons: We will cross the 15 months limit faster if our cases r not picked up by then.

I am a little confused ...What r u guys doing?? BTW I will be doing my FP at San Jose.

second FP received and done today

hi guys,
I got the 2nd FP notice which had my appointment scheduled on 16th january but i went in today for early FP. Had my first FP done in june 2002. I think this is a general trend from the posts i read and if the case is approved it will be a surprise....Well the online message didnt change.

Haven't got neither second FP or RFE for 02-057 early dec case
Anyone else with similar dates and waiting for both of them.

Mine is Jan 2002 case. RD/ND 01/14, 01/16/2002

Got my 2nd FP today. 1st FP was in Apr 2002.

Hope they are touching Jan 2002 cases at last.

I did my first FP in April 2003. Wondering why I got a 2nd fp notice so early?

Received 2nd FP notice on 12/30/03. Scheduled it for 3rd week of Jan 2004. But my wife did not receive her 2nd FP notice. We both did our first FP on April 20th, 2002.

Received 2nd FP notice for myself and spouse, and scheduled it for Feb. 04, 2004. But I've already got another 2FP notice for myself only early Dec. and did my 2nd FP around mid Dec. Should I ignore this dup 2nd FP notice, or should I take the FP again with my spouse?
