Am just curious about the information about photos require for 485 stage. Can u plz guys let me know where do we need to take the photos? Is it any photo centers like Walgreens or any special locations for this purpose??

Mine is sub labor under EB2 CATEGORY with ND as 7/20...still no news on my 140....
Can you please provide more details regarding your sub labor....like MS or BS +how many years expierence ?? and whats ur qualification ??

Yes babyluck - I am eagerly waiting for my I-140 approval. Checking emails 5 times a day to see email from UCCIS.

My case was transfered to Local office on 06/21/05. How ever on 08/25/05 I-140 date(Last update) was modified but the content was not changed. Any idea what is happening? Please advise.

Just want to share the information that, just before I received email from CRIS that my and my wife EAD mailed on Aug 27th. Anybody know how long it will take to reach my home?

Is this the time frame anybody seeing with the case details same as mine???

FP ND: 30 August 2005
EAD AD (self): 23 August 2005 (Email: notice mailed, card ordered)
EAD Notice (self): 27 August 2005 (Notice recd.)
EAD card: ??
EAD AD (spouse): ??
AP AD (self) : 26 August 2005 (approval email recd.)
AP AD (spouse): ??
I-140 AD: 29 August 2005

Hopefully you guys will also see a change in your LUD fast. I think VSC is progressing relatively fast...hope this trend continues.

I dont think we will receive emails for every LUDs. You get email when your case status change like FP, FP results received, Case Appoved.

Your case seems similar to mine! My spouse's 485 had LUD on 8/16 & 8/17 and my guess is that is the date when they sent out the notice for FP.

Regarding email, I have not received a single email from USCIS but had multiple LUDs. I came to know about LUDs only because I check case status once everyday. Otherwise there is no way to know of LUDs.

Cross chargeability question

My 485 was also filed based on cross chargeability (my spouse's country of birth)on June 29th but, was not accepted . The reason they provided was "Visa not available"
My lawyer says it is because it was the last day so they did not accept . Any suggestions as to what can be done now?
