Received FP result notification from USCIS
Just received email from USCIS that the results of FP for me and wife were received. See email below;
"On August 15, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received,
and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further
action is needed, or when a decision is made.
If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status
results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from
USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National
Customer Service Center.
National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283."

Guys, I am having the same dates like you guys.
All four I's : ND 07/19/05
Ist LUD for all 07/22 and no message change
FP notice : 07/29
FP Code 3 done on 08/10 for both me and wife
there after LUD's 08/10, then 08/11 and then today 8/16 with message change, like defrag's.
Let's keep each other posted.
Haven't heard anything regarding AP or EAD though.

We all fall under same categroy.
For me
I140 and I485
RD/Nd : 07/12/2005
FP : 08/02/2005
LUD1 : 08/02 --No msg change
LUD2 : 08/03 -- No msg change
LUD3 : 08/10 -- message changed same as Defrag and vc_gc, FP received bla bla bla....
Recently filed for EAD and AP, s hoping bcoz of this they will touch my 485 file.
Nowadays how many days are required for AP approval, I have plans for India trip in dec and dont want to go thru h1 stamping in Mumbai.
Best of luck guys, lets keep posted each of us about the progress.

About LUD
I received an e-mail today showing the LUD changed. but the message is still the same. Does it mean a RFE or it is just they touched my case ? My I140/485 ND 08/08/05.
Another question is about FP. will there be a LUD on your I485 when they mail you a FP notice? otherwise, How could you know to have a FP appointment? why didn't I recieve the FP notice?
