I update my case details..Please check the attachment for details

My FP was done on 05/13 and I have not receievd any updates after that...
can you please update me if anyone got FP results received notification for EB3 in the last month or so?

Just want to welcome new week and hoping for more approvals. Also, we should hear new visa bulletin this week regarding faith of EB-3. Let's hope for best.

Check FEDEX tracking

MaviP,
I got it within 2 weeks. But some got it after 4 weeks. So may be you should wait for some more time.

One thing you can do is to check FEDEX tracking. Atleast you will know the package was not misplaced.

After about 12 days of FP done, there is an LUD today and message change " we have recd your FPs......"

My spouse received LUD (FP received, processing restarted...) on her 485 today. Surprisingly, my LUD has not changed though we got our FP done together. Has anyone else experienced this before?

My finger print also done on the same day for both (me and my wife) there is no LUD changes yet... there was a change on 7/5 and 7/6 but nothing after that....

I140&485 Got Apporved.

Friends,

Yesterday My I140 apporval mail came and Today i have received my 485 mail. (Still I haven't received my wife approval mail)

I think its fast approval. I got it in 82 days.

Just want to share my happneiss with you.

Labor_Wait, was your FP done at Newark ASC?

No... down in San Francisco...all ASC works in the same fashion.. all service centers are connected through network and they can access any records they wanted. Even though main was scheduled in NJ and I just walked in SFO and they allowed me to do my FP without rescheduling appointment or ASC.
