I would appreciate your expert comments/observations on my Case regarding my i485 msg change:
Here is the msg change:
On February 2, 2006, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in HARTFORD, CT for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in HARTFORD, CT will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I personally think wait for one week and you might get a little bit more accurate approval timeline

As right now they are processing very little of the Nov 05 case and more of the Aug - Oct Cases but hope fully with next week we might get a more accurate processing prediction.

but they show they are already approved...on 1/12/06 so it cant be mine 4 sure....

SABURi.. if they show the approved date then why do u say todays VSC approved ones???? any logic behind it????

02/02/2006: New Delhi Website Report of Priority Dates Incites Confusion, Jubilence, and Disappointment

American Consulate in New Delhi has updated its priority date reporting for the February 2006. However, the report is different from the official February 2006 report, raising speculation that probably this is visa bulletin for March 2006. According to this report, EB-3 will become current for world wide but the cut off dates for India will remain same. People may visit the New Delhi website.

I wish your words come true, but I don't think mine will be that quick since they need to find the original labor from the other file (don't know how long this will take). Do you by any chance know how much delay this thing causes ? So, I have no hopes. I will definitely pray God that all of us come out this immigration crap soon. Also I checked that first 9 digits thing- mine is not in ur list- mine is EAC060205

This means that after 4- 6 weeks you will get an interview scheduled , need to take all the docs .
This happens generally if it is future employment case or a AC21 doubt that they have . if evrything looks fine they will approve.

I DON'T ONLY WISH BUT LOOKING AT THE TREND I AM PRETTY SURE THAT YOU SHOULD BE HEAR VERY SHORTLY.

Yeah I think he picked from Immigrationwatch.com and for them today's approval means recent approvals.

Do you think their prediction of cases is somewhat near accurate.
Few days back they were showing 02/20/06 for my case and today they are showing 06/15/2006, although VSC is working on August cases right now.

So I do not think their prediction is correct.

Till dec 2005 i was subcontraced at the client site by my future employer(X) from my current employer (Y). After end of the contract at the client site, I can't work for the future employer for a specified time(1 yr from the date when my contract ended at the client site) as per non-compete agreement between me and employer Y.

First off my opinion is amateurish, so pls consult a lawyer before you make a decision.
Non-compete's can be bought out. Your future employer Y should give you a letter saying they will do so and employ you as soon as possible. In fact, why wait for the future, your future employer should be able to do this asap if they are serious.
I do believe that the interviewing officer will take all this into consideration, make sure you have a lawyer with you when you interview.
