2004 XL tracker for NSC only!!!

We received FP notice scheduled on Mar 29th and went to give FP today. Everything went fine.
Updated the sheet with my info

Is it a true statement to say that non-concurrent filers from the second half of 2004 are getting their 140s cleared faster than concurrent ones? If so, what do you guys think is the time difference?

If I had to file again, I would file I140 alone, then wait 3 months and file I485. If get luck, NSC will process your case in less than 3 months. If it doesn't happen, you just loose 3 months. I filed my I140/485,over year and NSC never touch. I have seem people getting their I140 in less than 2 weeks. However, you are not me. Do whatever your Attorney wants.

I think the processing is purely based on priority dates however there are still some exceptions.....probably the most lucky ones who got I-140 approval in 2 weeks.

Valcris29...........I applied non-concurrent and still waiting.

You did, just fine. I would something similar. However, your process still concurrent, once you submitted your I-485 before I-140 got approved. I hope you don't have my luck, and your papework doesn't make aniversary. Good luck!

If it is scheduled on Mar 29th. why did you go early?

Hi,

I-140 approved e-mail received.

Applied on in Jun and on the notice it says notice received date is Jun 16 2004 NSC, EB3 approved date Mar 7, 2005.

I am not familiar with the forum and these short cuts. Can any one update tracker spread sheet please so that it will be use full to others.

I read about early FP and just wanted to try my luck. :). Moreover I and my wife had different dates.
