I was actually a little surprised that I got the approval since I was not seeing anyone getting approved with a priority date in 2002, and with RD/ND in 2004.
I had sort of lost hope, at least not expecting anything for the next 2-3 months, and then this comes out of the blue.

As they say, it comes when you least expect it.

Sorry! :confused: I am reposting my question for ph num.
According this forum I should have got my FP by this time, I do not know why, Is this because EB3 or vermont center...No LUD changes after approval dates. I am badly waiting for it. Should I call and findout or attorney must be, if so can someone give me the ph num, would appreciate it.

I agree with this. For me, it took 317 days to get approved.
 
can anybody help me out

we filed our case indec 2003 concurrent filing 140/485
Ead and AP AD-07-20-2004
FP ND 09-05 FP DONE ON 12-04-2004--- both
we received a message that the results of FP received and processing has resumed,.
on March10 2005 there was message that request for more evidence was sent for my wifes 485 and subsequent change in the LUD for 485 and 140 for both of us on march 14 05.Still we did not receive the mail to see wht is the RFE..It looks strange to me...Could anyone tell me what could be the RFE and how long will it take still .Is there any chance that I will also get RFE after this...I am litrally confused.. :confused: Your response will be highly appriciated.

Call 1-800-375-LATE

Steps:

1. Press 1 for English.
2. Press 2 for existing case.
3. Press 6 for case status.
4. Press 1 for known case status.
5. Punch case number which would be your 485 case number.
6. Listen till end of message.
7. At the end - listen instructions and press 3.
8. Press 4.

Following this - there will be a wait of 10 sec to 1 minute. Then you will be connected to VSC. There is usually a lady ask her - was any FP notice sent out for you! And explain that you are worried as everyone else is getting FP notice and you did not get one! Also can ask if she tell you if there is one waiting to be sent out?

This is how the last batch processing was done for EB2 2004 filers

FP Notices : Sep/Oct
FP Done: Sep (end)/Oct/Nov
485 Approval: Dec (few)/Jan

Now

FP Notices: Feb/Mar
FP Done: Mar/Arp
485 Approval: ????

Any thoughts anyone?

This time the 485 approvals would be in Apr/May and probably June. :)
 
Thanks, I called and spoke to that lady she said they are proccessing JAN 2004 (I485) and I will have to wait for FP till dates moves closer. But my understanding based on this thread is that my PD is oct/2001 and I see some people are getting FP for the same dates. I am really confused.. any clarification whould be appreciated.

Just got a email from USCIS


LUD on my I485 changed and message updated to 'On March 16, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485..................................... processing has resumed on your case'.

Does anybody had this kind of experience, related to Police Inquiry In INDIA...

Does anybody had this kind of experience:

One of my friend whose 140-485 concurrent was filed in May-2004 and still waiting for both of them.

He had this strange situation that couple of people looks Police Inspectors came to his house in India to inquire about my friend that when did he left to US and some other details and they said this info. they are collecting related to GC is in progress.

Is this a NORMAL thing, I have not heard this ever, DID anyone .... ?

Any response appreciated.

180 days question

my i140 got approved based on Motion filed for my previous denied application.

Am I eligible to change job now? do i need to file AC21 if I change the job ?

Please clear my doubts.

If cases in question are the one on your signature - you are fine to use ac-21. AC-21 doesn't require you to send documents proactively, but doing so is always a good idea.
