I suppose the lucky beneficiary might not be a member of this forum and hence might not be posting the good news.. but we can make some comforting deductions re. the processing times.

Hi,
I scanned cases on 4/19 after checking the status at the murthy.com site.
Out of first 18 cases, only two got FP's, 1 got Xferred and all other 15 with no change from date applied. So atleast three got lucky with EAC04146XXXXX of 18 cases I searched for.

My LUD got changed with message FP received on 11/16/2004
Good to see EB2 are getting processed now.
happy 4 all of you who have received 140 and all the best for 485.

We waited for a while without knowing what was going on. I hope it will be worth the wait for everyone.

Hello everyone,

I am new to this thread.

I applied for my 140/485 yesterday at VSC in EB3 category.

I see really fast approvals and I am hoping to hear soon from VSC!
 
EB2 I-485 Approved May Be FO Effect

My & Spouses I485 Was Approved today (11/18/2004) And My I-140 was Approved on 11/16/2004 Looks Like FO effect Not Sure.

My kids LUD had changed from 03/16/2004 to 11/18/2004
But The status has not changed May be on the way.
