2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

No FP yet?????

Hi eternal,

I am in the same boat as you. EB2-RIR I140/I485 ND Feb 12 2004 and still no FP. I am just worried as my address changed and even though the lawyer did notify VSC I have received my AP approval letter at my old address..... Please post any updates you get on the thread as it will help me to track my case.

Yes. LUD changed for two days(Sep 13th and Sep 14th) in row and no LUD change on thirdday. On Fouth day(Sept 16th) early morning I saw email(I don't know when I got this) in my inbox from USCIS saying that my 1-140 approved on Sep 15th.

Jharkhandi / LC_Virginia / Joyd / and All Gurus : I have already posted in my previous postings about my last Email received from USCIS related to 140. Any of you have any clue what does this means, so far I am not able to get any info that this is approved / Denied / any problem . Your comments are appreciated... :

On September 27, 2004, we mailed you a notice that we certified our approval of this case and sent it to the appellate body for review. :confused: The notice explains in detail the basis for this proposed action. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

FP Notice Not yet recieved

Hello,

I-485 ND - Jan 25th. 2004.

I have not received my FP yet?
Does the FP notice go to the lawyer or does it come to us?

I know people with the ND later than me have got the FP notice.

From the postings on this board, this seems to be relatively new. That is probably why people don't know what it means.

I don't think there is any way to predict the arrival of FP notices. I still have not received mine, and I know several people with ND before me waiting for theirs, and several people with ND after me who have finished their FP.

My spouse's FP notice was sent last week, one copy to us at home and one copy to the attorney.

LC_Virginia,

Can you yourself go for FP, along with your spouse, based on her FP? Will they allow you to do FP, or will they ask you to come back again after you got your notice?

Any thoughts anyone?

I am not sure. I think I can. However, since the appointment date for my spouse is Nov 5 and there is still a lot of time left, I am hoping that I get my notice for the same date any day now.
 
No FP notice yet

I-485 ND - Jan 25 2004.

I have not yet recevied my FP notice yet. Does the FP notice go to the
laywer or it comes to my home address?
Some people with I-485 ND ahead of me have got the FP notice.

09/20/2003 isn't moving..??

My I-140 and I-485 have been filed concurrently with RD as 01/22/2004. I received EAD on 03/25/2004. But since then I'm waiting for I-140 approval. I have updated the tracker..
Does anyone know why its taking so long for EB2's?

If you are new, please do not update the tracker without going through the previous posts in this thread. You need to put your record in the right order (based on ND) and also, along with your information, you have to add the information from any posts in this thread after the previous update to the tracker.

I have added omitofo's record and put praveenruchi's record in the correct order.
