Mine is notice date of Jan 9th, still did not hear anything...........waiting. HOpe to hear good news soon as your guys. mine is EB3.
 
Congratulations to LC_Virginia and Sree1965 !!

While i am happy for the EB3 folks, what the hell is happening to the EB2 cases ?? I don't see any EB2 approval in last week ( may be except the RFE cases ). Is anybody able to explain this sudden sluggishness in EB2 cases ??? :confused:

I was so exited after seeing the approval of LC_Virginia(Because his and my ND are close), I checked my case status and I think it just approved. After 10 minutes I got 2 e-mails also.

My case is a future GC. The comapny is a small consulting company with 15 consultants working with 1.8 millions Turnover and 100k Profit. This may help some, whose GC is processing as future GC. My LC salary is 64k, and I never worked for this company.

The way VSC is working now we will have all the(Well almost all ) January applicants approved.

Yes, my I-140 got approved today. I just received 2 emails from USCIS about the case status and the LUD on the USCIS website is 7/27/04, with the approval message.

No RFE, and the only time the LUD changed before today was when I changed my address.

So, I guess the FO memo has not been applied in my case !!

EAD approved!

Friends, I'm very happy to communicate that I received 2 emails couple of minutes ago indicating that EAD for me and spouse has been approved today. The email was timestamped 8:02 PM Eastern. Looks like our friends in the VSC are putting in some long hours these days! More power to them :)

ND = 5/20/04
EAD AD = 7/27/04
 
my I 140 approved !

my 140 approved today..i got email saying that it is approved.. ie 7/27/04 nd 1/28/04 no rfe
ap and ead approved (myself and my wife) 7/23/04 nd 3/18/04
485 ? nd 3/18/04

Received an email from USCIS just now regarding my 140 approval. Also checked online status and it says the same.

Details:
140/485 Concurrently filed on Jan 26th (Receipt Date)
Notice Date - Jan 29th
Category - EB3

Would appreciate if someone can update the 2004 - 140 Tracker with my information.
