Yes, my I-140 got approved today. I just received 2 emails and the LUD is 7/27/04, with the approval message.

No RFE, and the only time the LUD changed before today was when I changed my address.

So, I guess the FO memo has not been applied in my case !!

My Case is Approved......

ND : Jan 24th 2004...EB3

I did not receive any e-mails...But inspired by seeing LC_virginia case and checked the online status.

I am really thrilled.

It was yesterday, i was thinking--
"Man LC's approval is around the corner. Who will take care of tracker once he is approved"

Although i'm far away from that. I also think we should use same tracker for I485 too.

Your dedication to this thread is more than anyone else (except Jharkhandi - but then he is for all the threads).
I see that somehow in the latest updated tracker the RD, ND etc dates are missing for many people (including mine). I am not sure how and when it got deleted.
Hope someone will take care of itl.
 
Still waiting for my EAD & AP:: RD -Feb /04

Hi guys,

I am still waitng for my EAd & AP approval. RD - Feb /04. Initiated 2 queries in last 2 months with the USCIS - no response yet. My lawyer says we should wait for few weeks more.... Any thoughts /ideas would be a great help.

What could be the alternative course of action.

I think I know what the problem is :)

The scrollbar was all the way to the right, so you could not see the dates, that's all.
