I wish I could tell you that. But LUD patterns are not identified by anyone till now. I do not think very likely that we can make any sense unless people share their LUDs.

Right now it looks like 765 is going to get approved.

For 140 - wait 2 weeks more for making any sensible speculation.

EAD and AP are not interrelated, but as a rule of thumb - get AP if you have used EAD. There are ways to enter in USA without AP too, depending on various conditions. However if your 485 is approved - you cannot enter without AP.

That will be too long to specify in one post. Consult your lawyer.

One way - enter on H1b.
 
EAD Approved. (ND: June 4 2004)

I have been watching the LUD on my EAD like a hawk... I was on the site just a few minutes ago and didn't notice any change in LUDs.

Just now got 2 emails from USCIS both saying my EAD has been approved. After I re-checked the site, status has been updated to "approved...".

The secondary applicant EAD got approved today!(after 1 week of primary EAD).Also the actual card for primary applicant was received on Monday.

Now waiting for 140....

EAD's have been approved for me & my spouse. Sorry to bother yo again, but thanks for all your help.

No approvals or RFEs thus far.

Per uscis.gov, LUD for all of our documents is May 25,2004 except for spouse's 485 (LUD for which is May 21, 2004). Is this a cause for concern ?

EAD/AP Approved: July 7, 2004

Unfortunately my job is ending now. Can I use my EAD to accept permanent offer? Even if I switch jobs my present employer still supports my GC processing.

Friends say that I have to wait 180 days after filing I485. What happens if I change job before 180 days?

I really need some suggestions. Please give me some advice.

Hi Chris,

It has changed only once (from 06/04/2004 - My ND to 06/14/2004 perhaps when sometime entered it into their system or something) until the time I received the emails. Now it is showing as 07/15/2004 (AD)

Are there any RFE's other then educational evaluation and company's ability to pay can we expect on 140??

Concurrent Filing. FP not Done. No RFE for I140.
