Can anybody please let me know the normal criteria (other than "distributing resources" ) for transferring the cases?

WOW! I will look out for the EAD card. So glad you finally got it after all the waiting. I haven't submitted an inquiry yet because 30 days haven't passed yet. Looks like that this is still some hope. My husband might get his EAD card soon.

Guys - Please update my info as well.
I140 / I 485 / EAD / AP - ND 06/04/2004 (For me and wife, as well as a colleague and his wife).

EAD AD for me and wife - 07/15/2004
EAD for colleague and his wife - 07/15/2004
AP AD for colleague and his wife - 07/16/204.

I guess this is the fastest EAD approval in this forum (44 days). I don't know the I 140 category (EB2 or EB3), but I know that for both of us it is Skilled Worker or professional. How do I find EB2 or EB3 ??

We seem to have the same dates (140/485/EAD/AP NDs, and EAD AD as well).. May be we could keep in touch to track our status.

AP -> ND - 4/16, AD - 6/30

Spouse:
EAD -> ND - 4/16, PENDING
AP -> ND - 4/16, PENDING

Any idea, if it takes longer for Dependents? its more than 90 days as of ND

AP Approved.

I got my and Wife's AP approval from the Lawyer. LC_virginia please update the Tracker.

The AP's were approved on 07/06/04.The USCIS website still shows the status as being in process!!!!!
It happened earlier too with my H1 and H4 Extensions.I got the approval from the lawyer and never received any Email's or Approval information from USCIS.

The UBCIS website works erratically. Anybody who has had 2 changes to the LUD and no mails and sees the same message my advise for them would be to contact their lawyer,chances are his or her petition/application may have already been approved.

'choudhary' has already left for the day. He could not work today because of excitement. I know he filed in EB3. You can update the tracker.

It seems to be quite eventfull day today.
 
EAD Approved - according to email from USCIS and from the Case Status web site. Says "On July 20, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

Does anyone know how long it would take to receive the card ?

Was your case filed at VSC or transferred from somewhere else? the reason i am asking is because your FP notice date is in May.VSC has not sent any notices for other cases from June '03 (except for transfer cases).

Mine is NOT transfer. I applied in Vermont.
After FP (may 25), LUD changed everyday for 3 weeks. Then it stopped and I-140 approved after 2 weeks.
 
Hi All !

I am new to this forum.
My lawyer told to me he mailed my 140 and 485 on June 23rd. till now he didn't received the Receipt number. How long it will take to get the receipt number.
