Called twice in the morning on July 2nd again to the National Center, they told me I have to wait exactly two months after they received the RFE response. Unitl then they can't do anything. At around 3:00 pm, two sweet emails arrived saying AP was approved.

April folks - come on. April 06, 2004 should be 90 days now - right?
 
EAD not yet approved

We applied for my spouse'sEAD and the ND was april 15th 2004. No approvals yet. I dont know what is happening :(

Keep cool bright. I guess Patience is already there.

Let us hope someone shares his/her experience about LUDs with Patience and how long did it take after LUD change!

Our application notice date is April 30th 2004, Got EAD and Advance Parole approved on June 29th, 2004. Now waiting for I140 and finger prints notice.

Did you file in EB2 or EB3 ?

Please offer some ideas on how to cope with this... I am losing hope!

EAD/AP/140/485 EB2 RD: April 2, 2004
LUDs on the website varies between 4/6 and 4/21.

No approvals yet!!

BTW - do dates go backwards too? You mentioned word 'varies'.

What all LUDs change for you?

Is your case in VSC?

Yeah.. I guess I should stop checking!

Yes, my case is with VSC.

No changes in LUDs yet. The reason I gave the range is because that's how they are reflected on the website. Here are the actual dates on the website...

AP: April 6, 2004
140 - April 12, 2004
485 - April 13, 2004
EAD - April 21, 2004.

All of these applications have been received by VSC on the same day (4/2).
 
Check your case numbers and receipt notice - you will know if they were submitted same day or was there any goof up!

Receipt Notice - you can just read and find dates!

Here is how to find thru case numbers:

Your case number will be something like this:

EAC 04 145 53420 (Just example)

This means EAC: VSC service center
04 - For 2004
145 - working date (***)
53420 - case number of 145th working day.

So go back check all your case numbers, if working dates (check *** above) is same then all of those were filed same day else someone goofed up something.
