2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

All,

Please look at the tracker, at the comments column, and make sure that the comments for your record are correct. If you have not applied for EAD and/or AP, mention this in the comments column or post your message here and I will update the spreadsheet.

As per the current information in the tracker, here are the people who still have not received EAD even though they applied in Jan/Feb/March 2004

EB2: slick, yeskayem, gchope2166, praba123, oct2401gc, gururavi, scn0718

EB3: vermont_tgc, uzito2k, abc94536, bluerose, northamerican


Let me know if any of you need to update your information, either due to approval or if you haven't applied for EAD/AP at all.

No Man, Nothing yet. VSC seems to have stopped working. Or probably they are busy drafting some new memo like 'FO'.

My information in the tracker is correct.

Mine is in EB3 category, filed with Nd as 24th Feb, 2004. No news on EAD /AP yet. LUD had changed to 06/15/2004 (on 6/15/2004). No message change or notice yet.


Don't know whats going on and what I can do from my side?

Which LUD has changed - is it only EAD/AP or all?
 
LUD changed for ALL (for me and my wife) -> EAD / AP /140 / 485 on 6/15/2004

Is there anything we can do?

Nothing changed from my side! I don't know what they are doing with my EAD /AP :confused:

If we raise a status query, how long does it take for USCIS to respond?

CAn we raise it over phone?
 
since ur I-140 is approved nothing to worry ...

May be they are sending fp notice or ur ead and ap .... i guess u can relax ...its more difficult for us who donot have I-140 for over 15 months now.

Wow !!! VSC indeed seems to be on fire. Hope they process other apps (140,FP,485,...) with the same enthu.

e-mail from USCIS

:confused: you guys are getting e-mails from USCIS. How it could be??
When i was filing my 140/EAD i haven't give any e-mail id.
My lawyer also haven't tell me about that.
Hope some one could answer it

Here is my details. Please update the tracker. I got all the information recently and that is the reason for delay in providing the information.

EB2

I-140/I-485 : RD 1/20/04 , ND 1/26/04

EAD : RD 1/20/04 , ND 1/26/04 - Approved on 4/20/04 but card not received. Applied for replacement card on 6/1/04

AP : RD 1/20/04 , ND 1/26/04 and Approved on 4/23/04

(Applied for Self, spouse and a kid)

Indeed a nice surprise - I wonder what wrong did April folks do to VSC officers? I wonder what good did ascii do to VSC guys... hmmm... you must share your secret... :D

Bronxboy, You were SPOT ON with your Prediction about me receiving this email in a day or two. What was surprising was USCIS was working on Saturday and a day before the 4th of july. way to go VSC.
