2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Spouse I-485 RFE

I got a mail from USCIS about my wife's pending I-485 case.Its an RFE sent on 09/01/04 but my I-140 and I-485 LUD has not changed. No FP received for both of us yet.

I will keep us updated about the RFE details once my lawyer gets it.
 
Does LUD /message changes for FP notice.....

Hi,

Did anybody's LUD or message changed in the USCIS online system for FP notice?
Or
Does USCIS updates its online system in case of FPs also?

I have a reverse situation.
I live in Philadelphia and work for a company that is based from San Fran. My Labor was approved from san fran. the lawyers applied for 140/485 in sanfran. The office there sent it bacj asking them to apply in VSC.

That is interesting NKelkar. Did they give a Receipt in your case in SanFran or sent it back without accepting it. In my case VSC has given a receipt. Does that mean they will process it in VSC now?

EAD Approved after RFE

My EAD has been approved after RFE on September 3. LUD change on 9/3 and again changed on 9/6 with same message "we order a card....... Could any one tell how long it will take to get card.

Just 10 to 15 days max u will receive it to your home address..

Hi NKelkar,

I thought you will go to NSC - your LC was from IL - right?

But looks like you started with CSC and ended in VSC with an eye on NSC. Just TSC is left! Welcome to VSC anyways. :)
 
Waiting for AP approval

I got my EAD approved on 8/27, but I don't have any LUD's on my AP application. Should I be concerned.
 
Today i got my AP approved and delivered to my home address. Please update the tracker. I140/485/EAD ND/03/08/2004.
 
NO I140 Approvals for quite some time.
I am going to assume that I will get my FP notice before my I140 approval. Anyone who got FP notice (EB3 and filed after April 30)???

Yes not seen any I-140 approvals off late and neither the update in the VCS web site. don't know what is happening. Wake up VCS guys and show us some hope.

Successfully Completed FP1 on 09/07/2004 in Detroit,MI....

Took 1 hour wait time.... Actual FP took just 3 minutes.

Are you from VSC or some other servicecenter?
