Following is text from RFE
1. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE RECEIVEED IN THIS OFFICE ON OR BEFORE Month XX, 2004.
2. REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT THE REQUESTED EVIDENCE BE SUBMIYED WITHIN 12 WEEKS.
3. ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER.
4. SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE ABOVE DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
5. YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE AN EXTENSION OF TIME IN ORDER TO SUBMIT THE REQUESTED
DOCUMENTATION.
From the date this office receives your resubmission a minimum of 14 days will be required to
process your form. If you have not heard from us within 60 days then you may contact the
USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283.
If you are heating impaired, please call the NCSC TDD at 1-800-767-1833.
Submit additional evidence to establish that the employer had the ability to pay the offered wage
or salary of $XX,000 per year as of Month xx, 2003, the date of filing and continuing to the
present.
Submit the 2002 and 2003 United States federal income tax return(s), with all schedules and
attachments, for your business.
If your business is organized as a corporation, submit the corporate tax return.
If the business is organized as a sole proprietorship, submit the owner’s individual
tax return (Form 1040) as well as Schedule C relating to the business.
Accredited profit/loss statements, bank account records, or personnel records.
If the beneficiary was employed by you in 2003, submit copies of the beneficiary’s Form
W-2 Wage and Tax Statement(s) showing how much the beneficiary was paid by your business.
Submit the beneficiary’s United States individual income tax return for 2003,
with all schedules and attachments.
