Well I know, EAD approval is no more a news for people. Just to keep the tracker up to date.

LC_V can you please add my details, for some reason they are not in the tracker.

This is for those who have not registered themselves or not have their info added to tracker.

I'm sure there are many such guys, whose info is not there is tracker.
This is not because LC_V did not add their info to tracker but because they have not asked for.

My request to such people is that please get yourself added to tracker. This is really helpful for you and for everybody.

Based on that tracker, seniors can predict, forecast and ......

Guys please get yourself registered and add your info to tracker
More the data, better will be forcasting, analysis and trends

I remember you posted your information to be added to the tracker, and I asked you if it was EB2 or EB3, and you never answered.... I guess you didn't see my post.

Again, did you file in EB2 or EB3 ?

AP for self and spouse got aproved yesterday.

(140/485/EAD/AP) ND: 5/20/04
EAD AD:7/27/04
AP AD: 7/30/04
 
received email from USCIS EAD of spouse approved.

ND: 19.jul.04 concurrent EB3

EAD self : approved 29.jul.04
EAD spouse: approved 30.jul.04

lawyer felt this was too quick and there must have been some mistake.
am keeping my fingers crossed.

MY 140 says sec 203(b)(3)(A)(i) or (ii),
Means it could be either skilled worker or proffesional ie EB3 or EB2,
Iam not sure in which category USCIS consider my case..
 
When do u get the receipt

My I140/485/AP was mailed in the middle of Jun. I am in NJ, EB3. I haven't received the receipt yet. How long it normally take for receipt?

It is EB3.

That is too fast. Looks like prima facie review is being done with a target nowadays. Earlier it was used for fun. :D
 
Tracker updated - my TD AD corrected

Updated the tracker with the correct approval date for my travel docs.. thanks..
