Wow......EB3 ....Priority Date Dec 2003 got approved ?

Does that mean EB3 retrogression has come to an end?

This brings hope to the desperate ones affected by retrogression.

I'm not affected by the retrogression, as I'm originally from Europe. Also, my labor certification went through extermely quickly (less than 3 months).

Other than A# and Applicant Names and when (Date) u sent email to them.

OM SAIRAM.

Hi GC5,

It is better to call VSC directly instead of customer service.Even for us same thing happened.They received Sep 1st and no message change as of today.But there is a LUD in Nov.At last after enquiring couple of times with customer service rep., we received denial notice in April.And then we applied 290B.

So it is better to talk to VSC rep.and give all details.Most of the times they help by looking in your case.

Should i call directly to VSC or only my company/attorny can call for 140. I am thinking to see general progress by the end of June before making a call. Also pls post your signture with all lUDs.

Security Issue

Problem is putting SSN, DOB and Address information in email which is not secure. With current indentity theft trend minimum but required information needs to be send. (Atleast in email format)..
So be really careful.. send it only if it is really required..

I have one question on this topic. Name check clearence shows 07/04 and his FP was done in March. I was under impression that NameCheck is done after FP or at same time..

If you feel insecure send it from your office email account. Otherwise send a fax to FBI (202-324-3367) or send it thru a post mail. Better include most of your information.

Since 140 is by employer , most probably they are going to say that they can't tell u the status..It happened to one guy from our office..
So if you can get your employer to make the call , it would be good.
