Some good news on our application... We received emails that our EADs have been approved on 7/7.

EAD/AP/140/485/EB2/VA

RD: 4/2/2004
EAD Approved on: 7/7/2004 (both for me and my wife).

Awaiting approval of the travel documents now....

today i've checked my portfolio in USCIS web site, i found that my EAD and AP Last updated dates were changed from
04/19/2004 to 7/7/2004. can any one tell me what's going on... Jharkhandi ,lc_virginia appreciate your help

Maybe your EAD and AP got approved, don't worry !

Allow 1-3 days - seems they have started on EAD/AP for April 2004 finally.
 
Whatz happening to I-140s

Nothing moving for I-140s. They are seriously working on EADs.

Its long time to hear any one approved I-140.

Weird I140 Status

I see 2 ppl. got approved for I-140 EB3 filed in the month of Feb, 2004:

uzito2k EB3 02/01/04 06/16/04
abc94536EB3 02/19/04 06/12/04

But no cases for month of January 2004 has been approved? I guess the current processing dates are Nov. 2003. Mine was fined on Feb 25, 2004 When can I-140 be expected?

I don't know once you leave(and that looks soon as Jan 2004 is close 140 processing in VSC), how will we see such great and maintained tracker!

140/485 Notice Date 01/14/2004
EAD Notice Date 02/28/2004
Not Applied AP
RFE on 140 Feb 2004, Replied in March and approved on April 14.

RFE on EAD received 06/22/2004 asking for photocopy of Passport and DL.

Please update Tracker.

Question for Guru's

Is colored photocopy of passport must or B&W is OK for EAD RFE
