April filers

Any remaining EB3 April filers who are still waiting for 485-approval? I don't know if the current 485 processing date of May 6th 2004 (on the UCIS website) makes any sense for April filers.

Finally received my reschedule request for FP.
I was originally scheduled for FP on 3/22, but I was out of state so I sent in a reschedule request.
Ny new FP date is 6/4 in Philly

I got my fingerprinting done on 21st april, 2005. 1 LUD on 22nd. After that no LUD or fingerprinting received message. I did my FP in Alexandria.
Anyone in the same boat?????

Is your 140 approved ? If not Please ask employer or Lawyer to talk to USCIS , probably they put some kind of hold . also it does not appear your name check is fully completed . I would suggest to call USCIS Emergency number for enquiry

it may take even up to 3 weeks to update it . Also there are approvels with out msg recived too . so dont worry . since it is current now for your procssing you can just ask them whether they got fp . that way we can be relaxed.

Believe it or not, I havent yet gotten the 140 approved, so it will be sweet to get a concurrent approval.

RFE qeustion

Hi Guys/Gurus,

Do we need to submit IRS certified copies of Tax Returns for RFE? I was asked to submit certified copies for my previous GC.

If not, do we need to submit the paper work given by Tax consultants? My RFE doesn't mention any specifics.
