As "Red" said it in the movie - I have been paroled:) Received the magic emails today.Obviuosly it is not as bad as Shawshank where I am, but today I feel free, a weight has been lifted.

However, should EB2 approvals be based on when "FP received and Processing Resumed by USCIS", since this is when USCIS begins processing applications for final approval.

looking through the forum, it appears that it takes anywhere between 6 days to 14 days and beyond FP Date for the FP received date.

I wish that it should be 6/6 but 5/6 should build a predictable pattern for Eb2s..

While udt and senthil are from EB2 , chappantikli was EB3.Good to see approval for EB3 Filing.

Amongst the Eb3 Filers, nivasch and majestix are due for the approval mails anytime now.

I hope that were the case, but till date almost all EB2 approvals I have seen (except 2 I think) have Priority Dates before mine.

I think it is based on a combo of FP,ND and PD
 
Are they looking at April ?

So USCIS has taken up FPs done in early April.
