Another good news

HI
There is another very good news for the final quarter from the DOS office. For the remaining quarter this year remaining visas (apart 27% from the first three quarters) among 140K+7K from previous years family based + 101K from AC21 FY1999-2000 are available. This will make the PD forward. Thanks to r_sada in keeping the faith up.

I am not an active memeber now a days but I read this forum very often.

Please update my info in Excel sheet:

I-485 ND: 07/21/2004
FP: 04/07/2005
AD: 04/20/2005
LUD Changed after approval
1. 04/22/2005: case approved on 04/20/2005 and appoval
notice has been sent.
2. 04/25/2005: On April 22, 2005, the card order was
completed and we mailed the applicant's new
card directly to him or her.

I got my plastic card (GC) today.

no LUDs after FP..can someone throw more light on this...thanks

-I appeared for FP on 04/19

-LUD1 on 04/20 for both me and spouse.

-Is it time to start getting worried about name check or do I need to wait for a while ?

We received approval notice and plastic cards yesterday. Please update the tracker.

My daughter's card was mailed today. Hopefully we will receive it by day after tomorrow.

UCSIC haven't ordered the card for my son yet. I will have to wait and see for next few weeks.

Do not worry.. I did my FP in Alexandria on April12. I had one LUD on the 13th then another one on the 20th (the message changed to to FP received, blah blah ...)

So, since your first LUD was on the 20th, you should get another one tomorrow or max by the end of the week... Do not worry :)
 
FP LUDs and Name Check

IMO people wait for 2/3 weeks for FP LUDs, depends upon their workload. Anyways it doesnt mean much we have seen so many people get approvals without the FP LUDs. So dont worry about it.

Name check: there is no way you can find that out, the FBI is not going to give you information on that.

Relax everything will be fine.

A request to all EB3 filers - please update the tracker with your PD's, if available. This will help me fine tune my theory more.

For those of you, who are familiar with Stock Market- here's a good anology.

There are basically 2 kinds of analyses done on the Stock Market. Fundamental and Technical.
Fundamental analysis is where you take in to account - company's profit/loss, valuation and all other good stuff.
Technical analysis is based on trend lines. It's basically which way the wind is blowing at this moment ;)

Needless to say, my theory belongs more to the "Technical Analysis" category. It holds good as long as the trend continues but can fail abruptly and for no reason.

I wish your theory prove correct in my case also. I am finding it difficult to focus on anything else now-a-days. KMFC :confused:

me again.. I talked to customer rep at the INS.. I didnt have any wait time and I got to talk to her immediately. She said she cant disclose any info as its an employer petition. Do you guys think that my employer should talk to them to find out whats giong on with my case?

I-140 is your employer's petition. Your employer or employer's representative (like attorney) should talk to USCIS to get info etc. on 140.
