My LUD did not change. It seems that my application is not LUD friendly.

Also, black out date relates to inquiry and not making a decision. Again, this is as per my lawyers.

Status Inquiry Info

Hi ,
I did a "Status Inquiry" for my I140 but even after 1 month there was no reply..
does any one had the same exp.

sunlightmoon you said u saw the change at ur EAD card status..is it not the same as ur I485.....so does this mean that your status inquiry date got updated on I485 when you did the inquiry on I140...
I think im confused..


I140 : filed on 8/15 ..REF replied on 12/10/2004...

LUD update

Just to update the forum -
Had two LUD's after FP.
After that no more LUD's and no message change as of now.

EB3 INDIA PD: Jun 2001
AP/EAD/140/485 ND: Jun 2004
AP/EAD AD: Jul 2004
140 AD: Aug 2004
FP ND: Feb 2005, 17
FP Date: Apr 2005, 02
FP Done: Apr 2005, 02
I485 LUD: 04/04; 04/05;

LUD on 485 - 03/08, 04/18 - FP received message

Got FP received message only for me and not for my spouse.

Since its been more than a month after you got the LUDs on the 140(03/13, 03/14) did you check with your Company or Attorney if they have received anything from the USCIS around that time frame. It may be an RFE, who knows. Just check with your firm or attorney.

FP Done - 04/07
LUD on 485 - 04/08
FP received message - 04/18
