The Department of State says the revalidation can take 10-12 weeks. I got my passport back within 5 weeks once, and another time, I got it back in 10 weeks.

So, I guess it is best to give yourself 12 weeks if you are making any plans to travel abroad.

1. $150.00 Visa Fee
2. Employer’s Support Letter
3. Nonimmigrant Visa Application – DS156
4. Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application – DS157
5. Original INS Approved I-797
6. Original I-94
7. Photo (Glued to the DS156 Application.)
8. Original Passport

quick question

If EAD is approved, does it mean you are safe with I-140 process. Are you still expected RFE?

My EAD is approved in June 9th 2004.
Still waiting on my wifes EAD and AP for both of us.
Will somebody take the pain in updating our stuff.
