2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

I got my I-140 Approval today on Feb 11, 2005.

Could someone please update the tracker?

I got some emails from them at about 11am. But basicaly it goes after 8pm for me. (-05:00GMT)
 
I-140 Approved!

:) :D My I-140 was approved on Feb.9th.

Need suggestion

Hello friends,

I am happy 4 you all, who are receiving 140 and 485 approvals. Praying for all in the queue.

I need suggestion. Here are my details of concurrent filings.

Labor : EB2/ MA / 08-05-2002 Approved 01/22/2004
140 : ND 03/05/2004 Approved 01/13/2005
EAD/AP : Approval 05/12/2004
FP done: 11/20/2004
485 Pending : LUD 01/02/2005 No message change.

My EAD and AP is going to expire on 05/12/2005-- after approx 90 days. I am not using EAD. I do have H1 stamp valid in passport till October, 2005. My job is fine but you never know.

485 LUD has changed on 01/02/2005 but no change in message. [what does this mean???]

What you will suggest ? I am confused about should I spend money for EAD/AP renewal fees Or just hope that 485 approval will come before May, 2005 ?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and help to alleviate my confusion.

looks like 140/485 ND March 04 filers got finger prints/ approvels.
anybody got finger prints after april 04 filers ?

140/485 LUD changed to 2/11/2005, no mail notification. It looks like VSC process last IN files first( AUG,JULY, JUNE, MAY, APR). It is a new fair act.
 
FP for April Filers

I wonder .... last FP were issued around 10/04 for March Filers. Since nothing is issued so I suspect somthing going crazy at USCIS for April and onwards Filers. Moreover USCIS have issued I140 approval for EB3 05 filers .....all things makes situation difficult to understand...even proven probability theory fails to predict USCIS behaviour.....nice Ph.D. research topic.

Hi Pallu,

Thanks for the info...my company HR guys says that it should not be a big problem and they can furnish the papers and info as is needed by the USCIS...maybe I should physically verify the papers they are sending to USCIS...

PD dates for 485 moved to Mar02 and my PD is 22Feb02 - if my 140 went thru good I would have been in good shape for the 485 - right? Hopefully in 2-3 weeks I can get the query answered back...will USCIS work on it right away or will I still be at the end of this incessant line?

I put my infomation in the tracker. btw, looks like there is not many people doing NIW in the chart? pleasee share your information if did NIW.

Hi Ronbans,

It is good that your HR is confident that they will be able to provide all the requested paperwork. Still I will encourage you to read the thread mentioned by Pallu2004, after all it is your GC and you should make sure that all the requirements for ability to pay are met by the paperwork provided. If not handeled correctly, this 'Ability to pay' issue can be a problem. Here is the link to the the thread for your easy reference:

Hi All,
Today I have got the following email from USCIS.

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Current Status:
On February 11, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new
card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
--------------------------------------------------------

I hope this means my EAD is approved and I can expect to receive EAD soon. If my understanding is correct, some one can please update the excel sheet accordingly.

I STRONGLY suggest you to talk to United Nations. He has done extensive research in this and he can show u the correct way. many time companies HR and A/c guys dont give the right way. they may hesitate to give you or USCIS their company financial info. I again STRONGLY recommend you to talk to him.........
