yes October 18th 2002 is the PD. But don't worry about interpreting it.
There is a rumor going around that PD of labor might be used by USCIS to adjudicate 485 applications especially from 2005. Currently PD is current

Hi tiger2004,

PD is Priority Date the date on which the labour department received the labour certification request.

Your PD is Oct 12th 2002 and you you have your I485 cleared.

Mine PD is Sep 17th 2001 and I am still waiting for my I485 approval. So the Priority date concept atleast did not work in my case.

Added approval information for 7thyearext (ND: 06/03/03 AD: 10/11/04).

Fixed a few problems:

+moved cases which shouldn't be at the bottom of the sheet,
+fixed stats entries to included last rows.
+fixed a few bad / missing cell borders

Are you planning on going early for FP or will you go on the actual schedule date? I am curious as I am also in the same boat. I went last Saturday all the way to find out that it was closed because of Columbus day holiday. Please let me know...

finger printing dates updated on tracker

got finger printing notice ..scheduled for 10/27/04. i heard hartford does not really allow early FP, so waiting to get it done on scheduled date. did anyone in this forum get it done early in hartford?

I-485 Approved ... Finally!!!

well I finally received the good news today... I received the email stating that my I-485 was approved.... I have updated the tracker with my info....

I am assuming that the approval notices go to the lawyer... could anyone please comment on their experience regarding this?

FP scheduled on Nov 18, at Philadelphia.

Will be trying early FP sometime this week.

1st FP was Mar 2004 and I received a 2nd FP notice for Oct 2004 which was returned back to USCIS by my lawyers stating administrative errors. My guess is that it prompted a review and thereby approval (just a guess)...

Fp1

I also did my first FP on 10/05/04 and the 485 status changed on 10/13/04 saying that they received the result of my FP. My notice date is 08/05/03. FP done in Providence, RI

I-140 - 485
ND - July 27
FP
Notice date - sept 30th scheduled for Nov 18th.

Went for early FP today and got it done for myself and my wife...

Back in Wait status now..

Got approval Sep-15-04

Hi Guys ,

I had an approval Sep-15-05 .
My I-485 priority date was Jan-30-2003 ( concurrent processing) .
Got my first FP Feb-2003 .
Second FP notice in Aug 04 and got it done in Aug-04 .
Got approval Sep-15-05 .
Got it stamped OCt-04.
Stamping was very smooth , no questions , got everything done in 30 minutes .

Still says "Fingerprints received on..."

Hey all -
I got my FP done on March 5, 2004, and my status still shows 'Your figerprints have been received and pending review...'.

Is this normal? Shouldn't they have got back FP results from FBI by now?

Any help appreciated.

Wait is over !!!

Got my 485 Approved today. Just got an e-mail from UCIS. RD for 485 was Jan 10 2003. Had my FP2 done 1 month back.
