2003 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

question - please help

My EAD card has a "fingerprint not available" text. Can anybody please tell me if this is how it should be. - thanks!
 
Received second EAD in mail yesterday

I applied for the second EAD in Apr 9, 2004 (ND) ... the EAD was approved in July 6. First EAD was valid between Aug 19 2003 to Aug 18 2004, second EAD is valid bewteen ... Jan 6, 2004 - July 5, 2005. CAn anybody understand how they choose the dates for the (2nd) EADs? I understand July 5, but I don't understand Jan 6 ...

I guess it was a typo from the USCIS side. They must have wanted to give EAD from July 6 not Jan 6.

Hi all
Thanks for the great work. It's a great forum with lots of useful information.
I have joined it recently and appreciate if somebody answer my question as below

I140 & 485 parallel ND 08/26/2003
I140 RFE 04/29/2004
second EAD/AP ND 05/05/2004
AD 07/07/2004

Is it possible, the approval of EAD/AP even though there is a RFE on I140?
My lawyer told me he sent the response for I140 RFE, but it never got updated on case status.
May be my I140 was approved but I have never been communicated from employer.
And how much time will be there for response after RFE ?
Please comment

Appreciate if somebody can update my info in XL sheet.

I-140 Rfe

Hi,
My I-140/485 files in Nov .2003, got an RFE for I-140 in June 2004,RFE is regarding Ability to pay.My Lawyer asked for compnay's 2002 Tax return Form.Company send the 2002 tax return form, but the balance on your company tax return is negative, Lawyer is now asking for Company's bank statement for the year.

My question is have anyone came accross such situtation?What the possibility of getting the I-140 Approved, and what else can I do ?

Yes it's possible. I know a case where the 2nd EAD/AP were approved even when the 140 is pending with an RFE.

EAD e-File I-765

Hi

Does anyone know what supporting documentation needs to be sent after the e-file?
I went to an application support center for fingerprinting, digital photograph - part of the e-file process for I-765.

The bcis.gov website does not say much.

I485 processing date updated on USCIS site

The processing date got updated on USCIS website to April 17, 2002. It finally moved after being stuck at Jan/Feb 02 since a long time.
 
140 Approved

Hi All,

I received email that my 140 was approved. I checked it online and it says approved on Jul16th.

140
mailing date 12/10/2003.
receipt date 12/11/2003.
ND 12/15/2003.
Approval date: 07/16/2004.
EB3 - Concurrent filing
No EAD filed.
No RFE's.

GC-Soon,

I think my employer provided with a letter which states I'm employed here since <date>...and current pay.. sort of things. Attorney asked for this and my employer provided this. Other than this I don't remember providing any additional documents. I didn't have any RFE.

Hello Friends,

My 140 is finally approved today. After frequest LUD changes 07/12, 07/13.. and again it changed today 07/19... I have requested address change I am not sure it triggered the approval.. I sent address change request via FAX..

Congrats to all you guys who got their 140 approved. All this news is very positive.

However, I do not see anyone getting FP notice or any news at all regarding I485s. Do you guys have any estimate regarding when we would be seeing some I1485 action in this group - 3 months / 6 months / 9 months / 1 year or way more than that?
 
may be 3 months to 6 months....for I485

it is likely when 2 FPs are issued for Feb/March filers we may see some movements for April I485 filers ( in terms of approval/ issue of first FP).
 
My ND is Dec 13.Still waiting

Looking at couple of dec 1st week approvals last week I am hoping I should hear something soon. Keeping my fingers crossed.

When to apply for EAD

Hi all,

My current EAD will expire in December. When should I apply for a new one? Do I have to go through my lawyer again? I'm planning to go abroad for vacation this December, so I can't afford to get stuck because the EAD and AP are delayed.
